If your goods overhang the pallet edges, the shipment may be reclassified as a half pallet and charged accordingly. It's important that nothing extends beyond the pallet footprint, as this can cause handling issues in the network. If you're borderline, consider upgrading to a half pallet.

The maximum goods height for a quarter pallet is 900mm (approximately 1,050mm total including the pallet itself). If your load exceeds this height, you'll need to book a half pallet or full pallet instead, as quarter pallets are designed to be stackable in transit.
