Booking & Quotes

Getting Quoted & Booked

Everything about getting a price and placing your order.

Pallet delivery starts from just £29.99 + VAT for a quarter pallet on our economy service. Pricing depends on three factors: the pallet size, the distance between collection and delivery postcodes, and the speed of service you choose. Use our instant quote tool to see your exact price in seconds.

No. Anyone can get an instant quote and book a one-off pallet delivery without creating an account. Simply enter your collection and delivery postcodes, select your pallet size, and you'll see prices immediately. Creating an account is only needed if you want to save addresses, view order history, or access business account rates.

Next-day delivery means your pallet is collected today and delivered tomorrow (book before 2pm). Economy delivery typically takes 2–3 working days and is significantly cheaper. Both services use the same carrier network and include full tracking.

You can cancel free of charge up to 4pm on the working day before your scheduled collection. After that, a cancellation fee may apply. Amendments to collection or delivery details can often be accommodated if made before the pallet enters the network. Contact us as early as possible to request changes.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal for one-off bookings. Business account holders can pay by bank transfer (BACS) or direct debit with 30-day payment terms. All prices are shown excluding VAT; VAT is added at checkout and shown on your invoice.
Pallet Sizes & Packaging

Choosing & Preparing Your Pallet

Size guides, weight limits and wrapping advice.

View all pallet sizes →

We handle four standard sizes, all based on a 120cm × 100cm footprint: quarter pallets (up to 60cm high, 250kg), half pallets (up to 100cm, 500kg), full pallets (up to 150cm, 1,000kg), and oversized pallets (up to 220cm, 1,200kg).

All goods must be securely placed on a pallet and wrapped in stretch film. Start from the bottom, wrap around and under the pallet base, then work upwards with at least 3–4 overlapping layers. Nothing should overhang the pallet edges. Read our full how to palletise guide for step-by-step instructions.

If your pallet exceeds the dimensions or weight limit for the size you booked, additional charges may apply or the carrier may refuse collection. Always measure and weigh your pallet before booking. If you're unsure, book the next size up to avoid any issues.

Yes. You need to provide a standard wooden pallet (1200mm × 1000mm is the UK standard). Most businesses have pallets available, but if you need one, they can be purchased from builders' merchants or pallet suppliers for around £5–£15. We recommend using a pallet in good condition with no broken or missing boards.

Prohibited items include hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gases, corrosives), perishable goods requiring temperature control, live animals, firearms, and personal effects. For a complete list, please review our terms of service.
Tracking & Delivery

Tracking & Receiving Your Pallet

Collection windows, tracking updates and what happens on delivery day.

Track a shipment →

You'll receive a tracking reference by email when your booking is confirmed. Enter this on our tracking page to see real-time status updates. You'll also receive automatic email and SMS notifications at each key milestone: collected, in transit, out for delivery and delivered.

For same-day collections (booked before 2pm), the driver will typically arrive between 3pm and 6pm. For scheduled future collections, the window is normally between 9am and 6pm. We cannot guarantee a specific time slot, but your pallet must be ready and accessible throughout the collection window.

For business addresses, the driver will attempt delivery during working hours. If nobody is available to accept the pallet, the driver will leave a card and the pallet will be returned to the local depot. A re-delivery can be arranged, though an additional charge may apply. For residential deliveries, we recommend someone is available throughout the delivery window.

Every shipment includes £50,000 of goods-in-transit insurance at no extra cost. Enhanced cover is available at checkout for a small premium. For higher values, contact our team to arrange bespoke cover through our specialist underwriters.

Report damage as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours. Note the damage on the driver's delivery sheet (POD) and take photographs before unwrapping. Then contact us by phone or email with your booking reference and photos. We'll open a claim with the carrier and aim to resolve it within 14 working days.
Residential Delivery

Delivering to Home Addresses

What to expect when a pallet is delivered to a residential address.

Residential delivery details →

Yes, we deliver pallets to residential addresses across the UK using tail-lift vehicles. The driver will lower the pallet to kerbside for you. Please indicate that the delivery address is residential when booking so we can assign an appropriate vehicle. See our residential delivery page for full details.

Kerbside delivery means the driver will use a tail-lift to lower the pallet from the vehicle to the pavement or road edge nearest your property. The driver cannot move the pallet beyond the kerbside — they won't carry it up a drive, through a gate, or into a garage. You'll need to arrange to move the pallet from the kerbside yourself.

Yes. You'll receive an SMS and email notification on the morning of delivery confirming that your pallet is on the vehicle and out for delivery. We provide an estimated delivery window, though exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed.

Pallet deliveries require an 18-tonne or 7.5-tonne rigid vehicle to reach your address. If your road is very narrow, has low bridges, weight restrictions, or is unsuitable for large vehicles, let us know at booking and we can discuss alternative arrangements. In some cases, delivery to a nearby accessible location may be offered.
Business Accounts

Business & Trade Accounts

Volume discounts, invoicing and managing your business account.

Business account details →

Our Starter tier begins at just 10 pallets per month. Even if you're currently shipping fewer than 10, you're welcome to apply — we'll discuss your expected volumes and find the right arrangement. Visit our trade account page for tier details.

Discounts range from 10% (Starter, 10–49 pallets/month) to 20% (Growth, 50–199 pallets/month) and 30%+ (Enterprise, 200+ pallets/month). Your discount applies automatically to every booking. Tiers are assessed on a rolling three-month average, so a quiet month won't immediately affect your rate.

Instead of paying per booking, all your shipments are consolidated onto a single monthly invoice. We send the invoice at the start of each month covering the previous month's activity. Payment is due within 30 days by BACS or direct debit. A routine credit check is required during application.

Yes. Our RESTful API allows you to integrate pallet booking directly into Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and other platforms, as well as bespoke WMS and ERP systems. We provide full documentation, a sandbox environment, and developer support. API access is available from the Growth tier upwards.

Yes. Your account manager can arrange fixed-day collections so the driver arrives at the same time each week without you needing to book individually. You can adjust volumes or skip weeks whenever you need to. This is available on all business account tiers.
Car Parts & Automotive

Shipping Car Parts & Automotive Components

Packaging tips, insurance and specialist handling for automotive shipments.

Car parts delivery details →

Yes. Engines are one of our most common automotive shipments. Drain all fluids (oil, coolant) before shipping, bolt the engine to the pallet using engine mounts or ratchet straps, and wrap the entire assembly in stretch film. We recommend enhanced insurance cover for engines over £500 in value.

Body panels and bumpers should be individually wrapped in protective packaging (bubble wrap or foam) and secured to the pallet so nothing can shift during transit. Stack panels vertically where possible and use edge protectors. Nothing should overhang the pallet edges. See our car parts packaging guide for detailed advice.

Yes. Like engines, gearboxes should have all fluids drained before shipping. Secure the gearbox to the pallet using bolts or heavy-duty straps, and wrap it to protect against knocks. A quarter or half pallet is typically the right size depending on the gearbox.

Standard cover of £50,000 is included on every shipment. Enhanced cover can be added at checkout. For higher-value components such as performance engines or rare parts, contact us to arrange bespoke cover. We work with specialist freight insurers who understand automotive components.

Absolutely. Many of our automotive customers are private sellers shipping parts sold on eBay, Facebook Marketplace and other platforms. No account is needed — just get a quote, book online, and share the tracking link with your buyer.
