Tips for Getting an Accurate Quote

  • Measure before you quote. Check your pallet dimensions including height. Underestimating may lead to surcharges.
  • Weigh if possible. An approximate weight helps ensure you book the correct pallet tier.
  • Know your access. If collection or delivery is residential, select the tail-lift option.
  • Compare services. We show economy, standard and express prices so you can choose what suits.

Book Online

Complete Your Booking in Minutes

Once you've chosen your service level, completing the booking takes just a few minutes. You'll need to provide collection and delivery addresses, select a date, and pay securely online.

We Collect

Our Carrier Arrives to Collect Your Pallet

On your chosen collection day, our carrier will arrive to pick up your pallet. For next-day bookings made before 2pm, collection typically happens between 3pm and 6pm the same day. For scheduled future collections, a morning or afternoon window applies.

What the driver needs: Access to the pallet with a pump truck. The pallet must be at ground level, wrapped, labelled and ready to go. The driver won't wait while you finish packing — have everything prepared before the collection window.

For residential collections: The driver will bring a tail-lift vehicle and can collect from your driveway or kerbside. Ensure the pallet is accessible and not behind locked gates without prior arrangement.

Collection Day Checklist

  • Pallet is fully wrapped in stretch film
  • Booking label attached on two sides
  • Goods are within pallet edges (no overhang)
  • Pallet is at ground level and accessible
  • Contact person is available at the collection address
  • Any access instructions have been provided in the booking

Delivered Safely

Your Pallet Arrives with Proof of Delivery

Deliveries are made between 7am and 6pm on the delivery day. The driver will deliver to the ground floor, loading bay or kerbside as appropriate. Someone must be available to sign for the delivery.

Proof of delivery (POD): Every delivery is signed for, and the electronic proof of delivery is uploaded to your tracking page. You can download and share the POD for your records or to confirm receipt with your customer.

Check on arrival: We always recommend inspecting your pallet upon delivery. If there's any visible damage to the packaging, note it on the delivery paperwork and photograph the pallet before unwrapping. This protects any insurance claim if needed.

Delivery Day Tips

  • Ensure someone is available to receive the pallet all day
  • Have a clear, accessible area for the driver to set down the pallet
  • Inspect the packaging before signing — note any damage
  • Photograph the pallet before and during unwrapping
  • Report any damage within 24 hours for insurance purposes

Good to Know

What to Prepare

Before your collection, you'll need a suitable pallet, stretch wrap and your goods packed securely. If you're new to palletising, our how to palletise guide walks you through the entire process with photos and tips.

You can purchase pallets from timber merchants, building suppliers or online. Standard euro pallets (1200×800mm) are the most widely available and can often be sourced for under £10.

Insurance Cover

Every pallet shipment includes £50,000 of goods-in-transit insurance at no extra cost. This covers loss or damage during transit. For higher-value items, enhanced cover is available at checkout for a small premium.

Ensure your goods are properly packaged to maintain insurance validity. Items that are inadequately packed may not be covered in the event of a claim.

Delivery Windows

Standard deliveries are made between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. We cannot guarantee a specific time slot within this window, but you'll receive tracking updates including an "out for delivery" notification when the driver is on their way.

For guaranteed before-noon delivery, select our express service at checkout. Saturday delivery is available as a premium option — contact us for pricing.

Failed Deliveries

If nobody is available to receive the pallet, or the driver cannot access the delivery point, the pallet will be returned to the local depot. We'll contact you to arrange a re-delivery at no additional charge for the first attempt.

To avoid failed deliveries, ensure the delivery contact's phone number is correct and that someone is available throughout the delivery window. Add any access instructions (gate codes, loading bay details) to the booking notes.
