We handle quarter pallets (up to 60cm high), half pallets (up to 100cm), full pallets (up to 150cm), and oversized pallets (up to 220cm). All sizes are based on a standard 120cm x 100cm footprint. Visit our pallet sizes page for full details.

Yes, we offer residential delivery with a tail-lift service. The driver will lower your pallet to the kerbside using the vehicle's hydraulic tail-lift. Please note that residential deliveries are kerbside only; the driver is not able to move the pallet beyond the roadside. See our residential delivery page for more information.

Prohibited items include hazardous materials (including flammable liquids and gases), perishable goods requiring temperature control, live animals, firearms, and personal effects. For a complete list, please review our terms of service.

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 4pm on the working day before your scheduled collection. After that, a cancellation fee may apply. Amendments to collection or delivery details can often be accommodated if made before the pallet enters the network. Contact us as early as possible to request changes.
