Good service overall. Sent some furniture from London to Manchester. Collection was on time and delivery was next day as promised. Only slight gripe is the delivery window is quite wide (7am-6pm) so I had to wait around. Tracking updates helped though.

Had an issue with a damaged pallet of goods. The stretch wrap had come loose during transit and some boxes were scuffed. Made a claim through the insurance and it was settled within 2 weeks, but would have preferred the damage not to happen in the first place. Customer service handled the claim well.
